Our Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within Monday to Friday business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our order processing time is same day if received before 12 PM PST (Pakistan Standard Time) or the next day if received after 12 PM PST (Pakistan Standard Time).
Delivery of orders to the customer's given address may take upto 3 to 5 working days (after order being shipped from our warehouse) depending upon the country level logistics or transport issues (if any), customer's given address or third party logistics' shipping policies.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer 200/- PKR flat rate shipping to all over Pakistan (may subject to change time to time or product to product in future especially for bulky products).
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping to all over Pakistan for a specific number of collections (combo or sets of products) or on a minimum purchase equal or greater than 3000/- PKR (may subject to change time to time or product to product in future and the condition may change especially for bulky products).

Local delivery
We offer local delivery within Islamabad / Rawalpindi using local third party quick logistics services. We only provide local delivery for light weight products.
Deliveries are made from 9-5 PM PST on working days (Mon-Fri). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of order delivery. Local delivery will only take 1 to 2 days for order processing and successful delivery. Please note if an order received on last working day after 3 PM then it won't be delivered on the same day instead it would be delivered at given address next working day.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email notification and we'll send you your tracking number you can use to check its status. To track your order, we'll also send you the tracking link provided by third party logistics where you simply put in you tracking number and see results. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at snbonlinedotpk@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have 10 Days return / refund policy.
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at snbonlinedotpk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
